Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.

Good information and motivating but sometimes you do the right things and still have a heart attack.I was a workout fanatic , sometimes going 8 to 10 days consecutively without a day off. Ate very healthy diet, never smoked . My mother died of her 3rd heart attack in her early 60s and I was very aware of my potential genetics. Problem was my HDL
[good cholesterol was barely 30..supposed to be at least 45 in men].
Controlled my BP w. meds from about age 45 when it became too high.
My father lived to be 94. my brother and sister never workout, are 20 to 30 lbs overweight, are 9 and 12 years older than me and dont even have high BP. I asked my cardiologist about all this and he said you have to realize life is not fair.I got my mother's genetics and they got my fathers. So , yes you absolutely do everything he mentioned in the video, but sometimes you get screwed anyway.
