Heart Attack Support Group
Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
Hard to believe it's been since March 30th 2012; since the Heart Attack; that nearly cost my life.
I still suffer from Angina pain and shortness of breath. I don't believe I will ever be able to do any strenuous activities even though I exercise for about an hour each day; for 15 minutes each.
I will be 62 this July if the Good Lord Wills!!! Don't believe I will ever be able to even do moderate work duties for much over 4-6 hours which I am trying desperately to master.
I will never give up on my goals and dreams to become a healthy individual. I also have gave up the nasty smoking addiction on March 30th.2012. This is my 5th attempt on kickin the smoking out of my life.

A week after I was out of the hospital; I was feeling quite well. The problems came during the month of July 2012 when the outside seasonal job and the blood thinners reacted to the High heat, and humidity forced me to quit my employ.
