Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
I also use either oil-based dressings, like you, or yogurt based ones (when I want a creamier dressing). The yogurt based dressings for dipping help me eat raw cut up raw veggies at dinner time, when I don't feel like making a salad.
My Mom stayed over a couple of months ago, and she picked up fat-free dressing for our salad. I threw it away a couple of weeks after she left, when I realized I'd never eat it.
