evidence on the positive effects of beta blockers, statins , blood thinners , and Blood pressure meds to ignore. The object would be to minimize the dose through exercise and healthy diet. I take only 5mg
of Crestor because I was able to get my total cholesterol down to 95.

I read your profile and wanted to mention that I have been challenged by depression since I was 19. It has cost me a number of jobs, hospitalized me, and at times made my life a living hell. It is probably responsible in part for the way I neglected my physical health. Like any affliction depression can be brought under control and your life can be restored to what it should be.
I get to add Wellbutrin , Buspar , and Klonopin for depression and anxiety to my cocktail of heart
meds, so I literally carry my drugs around in a shopping bag.I have always had the healthy lifestyle but a high stress career and bad genetics were my downfall.
