Heart attack is a serious, sudden heart condition usually characterized by varying degrees of chest pain or discomfort, weakness, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and arrhythmias, sometimes causing loss of consciousness. It occurs when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted, causing death and scarring of the local heart tissue.
experiences to draw from. I have heart damage because i didnt recognize the heart attack and waited too long to seek treatment.
I have 2 stents and have never had another issue, so hopefully he
is passed the worst .
It is still possible to have a normal life even with heart damage. The
outer 25% of my left ventricle is destroyed but i can still go 40 to 45 minutes on a treadmill at 15 % incline at 4 + miles per hour. Hopefully he will get into cardiac rehab and rebuild his endurance.
