Please forgive me.....but i am now overly curious about many things and have gotten much braver about asking ..........

Having no sex for over 10 years.....I did come to discover toys. Sadly, i am left to wear them out all by myself. Truthfully that is what i thought they were for.....us poor souls with noone to love and share that with.

As I chat and hear from more people.....I am coming to hear of lots of people who do use toys together and on each other. (As well as hearing an offer or two to use them on me) My question is......is this a very common thing now? (I am just finally overcoming lots of shame and guilt I did use to associate with any physical touch or sex. Thankfully, I have gotten past all that with the help of a very special friend)

Please do excuse me.... I am still coming to learn of all that I have been missing......

I think it is becoming more and more common, yes. But, I also think it is common for people to use them when they are, as you put it, without someone to share them with. Everyone does their own thing and there is nothing to be ashamed of!

Hubbie and I have an embarrassing horde of toys. Don't get me wrong. I'm not embarrassed about having or using them, more because there are so many. We keep them in a carved trunk that we call our toy box. We're on a first name basis with most of the sales staff at our local Adam and Eve.

We use them on each other and sometimes alone, depending on the other person's availability. We mostly share them during sex, though I did buy hubbie a fleshlight. It was just such a cool idea. Unfortunately, he didn't care for it and so it just sits there staring at us every time we open the chest.

We use toys about 25% of the time, we use verbal play about 25% the time and straight, shut your mouth and fuck sex about half the time. I think just about every human being on the planet has a sex toy. It may not be something they were brave enough to out and purchase. Sometimes it's a special pillow or something else.

Do not worry... I have had quite a few corrupting forces along my journey (not just you. lol) I must admit....I consider you a mentor..... Your determination , courage to go out there and go for what you wanted.....and your matter of fact candor are all things I do so like.

I spent so much time afraid to ask and wondering about things.... Now, I am way too curious (and not afraid to ask....which does sometimes get me in a pickle. lol) And I have to say.... in other posts I did enjoy some suggestive step by step instructions,,, Hey, I can use all the help I can get. haha
