Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.
Protein production is not as important to sperm production as other vitamins and minerals are, and overall health. Women have a set number of eggs right from the start and increased protein isn't going to make a difference. We don't produce more eggs and they don't get healthier as a result of protein, although they can become damaged as a result of malnutrition.
Increased, healthy, sperm in men or healthy eggs in women does not increase libido. There are lots of very horny men out there who have low sperm counts, poor motility, or who have had vasectomies. Its more about testosterone production which increases libido in both men and women. Zinc and exercise, particularly weight training, can increase testosterone production. Just being healthier can make you hornier because you feel better overall, and exercise can make you healthier.
