Rant on..

It shouldn't even be considered a 'holiday'. Totally just a money making gimmick for hallmark, florists, and jewelry stores. Why should one day be any more special to you SO than any other. Every day should be special. you should get cards, gifts, things for your SO as a surprise, just because, not because 2/14 rolls around..ridculous..

Clearly I have no SO and won't be doing anything. I will not wear red that day even..so take that St. Valentine! :p

My s/o wont even remember cuz he never does.so while I sit at work all day I get to see everyone else get flowers,balloons and all that stuff and I get nothing:(..so sad.I agree it shouldnt be a holiday.Oh well sorry I brought it up..

Well, i do have a s/o , but since we will probably still be broke, i have no clue what we're going to do. Maybe just pick up a bottle and watch our fav movie and then have sex (or make love) lol

I personally don't get Valentines Day. We should tell the people we love every day that we love them. Never been a big deal to me. I do get my kids a little something though. Just another excuse to give them chocolate! lol

And wasnt' trying to be a downer guys! I'm all for everyone else celebrating it!

My husband will be out of town on that day ..but on friday we are going out to dinner..we dont really buy eachother gifts..im just happy getting a card.

My hubs and I had our first date on February 15th. That day is so much more important to me than the 14th...so we celebrate a day late every year and go to the same restarant that we met at. AWWWWWWWW! I'm making myself sick!

I got my husband a new phone and stuff toward the end of Jan so that's his big gift for V-day. I'll probably do something simple like buy me a new nightie, some daisies and tear off the petals on the bed, and wrap myself up in a bow. Hopefully if the baby is here by then, he'll be sleeping thru all of this..

What I want for Valentine's Day is a new couch and sex..
