He gets kicked off because he's banned. If he came on asking about nothing but cabbage and Kleenex boxes, he would be kicked off because he's banned. Users that are banned can create new accounts but are usually turfed once it's determined who they are.

most of us know he's joking. but someone either keeps reporting him, or reported him in the past, and it's causing issues. which is why i'm saying to him, if he can read this, just lay low and act "normal" for a bit while it's all sorted out

He won't, and if "someone" is reporting, they will continue to report. It's ongoing and who he is.

Actions have consequences, you may not find it offensive, others do. Personally I don't report unless someone is visciously abusive to someone.

Ive never reported anyone....but I did get a few PMs from a certain someone that I found disturbing even after I asked that they stop, so I believe he is very mucb serious when asking for "nekky pics"...and personally I find it repetative, boring, and long ago lost its humor....
Theres tons of hot "nekky pics" on the internet. Turn off your moderate settings in google and search youd desired criteria ....boom!
