Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.
On the flip side, some people go way overboard on them and to me shows a sign of a troubled person. I give you the birdman of the NBA as an example of too much:

I have tats that I designed myself with the help of my tattoo artist. To someone else they might not look like they have any special meaning to them but to me they have a lot of meaning about significant life changing times in my life.
I plan on getting one more.
I have seen some people with tattoos that are symbolic of something significant in their lives, or an expression of their personal artistic nature. I have also seen people that have tattoos because it is "in style".
I can appreciate a good work of art, or a tattoo that has significance to the person that has them.
I'm not a fan of people that get them out of peer pressure or trying to fit in.
That having been said, I don't find tattoos "sexy" in any way. I don't foresee myself ever getting a tattoo and I prefer women that are ink free.
If you want a tattoo you have to make sure it's something you want to live with for a long time.. Even finding the 'perfect' tattoo artist might not be that the tattoo will turn out perfect on you, or turn out the way you thought it would. Since you have waited so long to get one, you might want to go around to local tattoo places and see what kind of work people do, see how the tats turn out.
I know I have talked about this in other tattoo threads, but I have one that I got over 40 years ago.. I call it my mark of stupidity. It can't be removed because of the way it was done.. (ink is into my bone) and I have spent most of my professional life keeping it covered with band aids and make up...42 years ago tattoos weren't as acceptable as they are now while working corporate America...I don't know why I wanted it at that moment in my life, except that I was drunk and or high and blurted out, I think I want a tattoo...
Tattoos are in now, almost everyone has them, some people are obsessed with getting more and more. I work with kids who are on state aid, have state health ins, are always moaning that they have no money, are always asking to borrow money for gas, yet they still have money for tats...I don't understand.

I think they are sexy on men and women.
