Personally I believe the human body should only be viewed by the holder of said body and their spouse. Also if a woman were to spread her legs accidentally without a covering on under the paint, then her hot pocket would be in the public viewing, which would land her with indecent exposure.

That's a beautiful paint job. Not so sure a painted bathing suit is appropriate on a family beach, but I also don't think that some of the skimpy swim suits or speedos should be on public family beaches. But if the people wearing or being painted have a pleasing looking body then I wouldn't mind looking.

I wonder what the responses on that site would have been if the painted swim suit was on a woman with sagging boobs and kind of plump. It may have a different reaction all together.

I'm just going to throw this out there: Americans are really abnormally skittish about this. I've been traveling the world, and I've seen women (and men) wearing less than that at the beach. It's not gross, not sexual, it's just people. This would be perfectly ok in Spain, and France, and Russia, and possibly even Belgium (after all, there are lawn gnomes put out for everyone to see that are topless, or totally nude). And after seeing some of the German prostitutes who had their skirt hiked up so high that you could actually see their vijay jay while they were walking standing on the sides of the street, I'd say it's probably ok there too.

I don't think they look any less modest as some of the butt-floss bikinis I've seen..but, then..they're all standing. With legs together.

Anyway..wouldn't it still be considered nudity?

As for the letter of the law, it probably should not be allowed. Personally, I don't see to much of a problem. The veiws on nudity vary greatly depending on where you are in the world. In some countries it is scandalist to show your ankle, other countries a nipple is no big deal.
