On a woman, I agree with your description and I can appreciate and enjoy the look of a nice ass on a female.

On a man, firm, tight and a nice shape it it. I don't like flat butts that look like they don't have a butt. A guy who has a nice butt and is wearing a pair of jeans......nice eye candy.
