I pray to God. I believe in the Bible, and as it instructs, I pray directly to Him. I have seen MANY of my prayers answered. However, that does not mean they have been answered in my time or that they have always been answered. I believe that God only helps those that help themselves. Just praying about a certain something isn't going to get it answered...there are certain things we can do to help ourselves to see that those prayers are answered..

I think everyone prays daily, in their own manner, even if it's just one of those "Please get me OUT of this traffic jam".

I can only speak for myself, but when I say my thoughts are with someone, I find that a person will cross my mind more often than not, and, for lack of a better term, will daydream a happier ending.

I pray to the god of my choice, and yes, prayers work. Maybe not in the way we think we should - how many have prayed for that lottery win that has not happened? - but something good usually happens when you focus your positive energies.

praying is speaking to God in its purest form. however, every thought, word, deed, and motive are, in reality prayers too because we are each the property of God whether we realize it or not. it is our deepest nature. it is no big deal. it\'s just who we are.

the more important thing is to listen back. it is that quiet, stillness within us that gives us our wisdom through intuition and very subtle whispers from Heaven - when we are ready to listen.

never underestimate the power of prayer. love runs this world behind the scenes and a pure heart praying is very, very influential.
