Harrison Ford-a "man's man" who knows what he wants, knows right from wrong, and is willing to fight for it.
Mel Gibson-love the way he goes manic when he's wronged aka Mad Max or The Patriot. He's also funny as hell in a schizophrenic kind of way.
Paul Newman-a really affable, light-hearted soul.
Robert Redford-a stubborn "mick" with a sassy sense of humor, fiery temper, and handsome good looks (at least in his younger years)
Tom Cruise-a bit of an obnoxious ass, but he loves to challenge himself, and works like a dog to make the best film possible, doing many of his own stunts.
Johnny Depp-a chameleon who uglifies his own pretty-boy looks if that's what the role calls for.
Steve McQueen-even though he was quite the egotistical asshole in real-life, he sure was the "king of cool" on the screen.
Clark Gable-another guy who juggled dashing good looks and a "moral imperative".
Humphrey Bogart-a brooding type who had a heart of gold.
Cary Grant-a tough exterior belying an insecure and self-effacing interior.
The ladies:
Jessica Alba-even though she sometimes plays a real money-grubbing bitch, she's a delight to look at and has stretched into a variety of roles, nice and nasty.
Charlize Theron-her turn in Monster places her in the Johnny Depp school of uglifying her beautiful looks to serve the role.
Jennifer Love Hewitt-Originally on TV's Party of Five, I Know What You Did Last Summer gave her a taste for horror and the supernatural, and her role in TV's The Ghost Whisperer shows her tremendous heart in reaching into Hell to rescue those lost souls. Beautiful woman.
Natalie Portman-sweet-yet-strong woman.
Meryl Streep-one of the premier consummate actresses of the last and this century, and she really buffed up and looked sexy as hell in The River Wild! The highest respect and highest lust for that woman.
Jamie Lee Curtis-the original "scream queen" of John Carpenter's early slasher flicks...has proven herself to be a very funny comedienne as well as actress...had the good taste to marry SCTV's Christopher Guest.
Audrey Hepburn-a quiet dignity about her and yet a fiesty handful, this woman had so many shades that are fascinating to observe.

People have called him the Hispanic Brad Pitt. All I know is he is extremely hot and sexy. He like Brad Pitt looks better and better the grimmier he gets.

Brad Pitt....he's just overall sexy. He can pull off the groomed look, but also can do the badass like in Fight Club. Plus he's a family man.
Speaking of Fight Club, Ed Norton...omg...anyone see American History X? I know I said I don't usually like the uber-toned guys, but for him I'll make an exception.
Um, Ryan Reynolds? Enough said.
This one's not in an attraction kind of way, but Steve Buscemi...I love that guy! Total character actor, fits into every role he plays.
From the "older" H-wood crowd I love Christopher Walken, he can be a backstabbing killer one minute and make me laugh my ass off the next. Gotta respect that!
As far as women, I think Angie is gorgeous, as well as Jessica Alba. Neither of them are great "dramatic" actresses, but they're nice to look at, even for a girl like me.
In terms of contemporary talent, I guess Kiera Knightly (although she's beautiful too, but way to thin these days!) I prefer the classy women of hollywood past, personally. I can't think of many actresses today that ever have me saying "oh, SHE'S in that? I gotta see it then", if you know what I mean.
