Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.
Now, how do you make the juice? Because most juicers (if not all) take away the fiber and most of the nutrients from the fruits/veggies you use. I think (personal opinion) that is bettter to eat the whole veggie, unless you have one of those magic bullet-type of blenders.
Don't stress too much about it! That will do more harm instead of helping.
I think most women tend to go crazy with cardio when trying to get rid off the extra weight, but if you build muscle it will help to "burn" the fat faster compared to cardio alone.
There's a lot of websites where you can find bodyweight workouts you can do at home with little or no extra equipment at all, just take it easy at first.
Finally, it's awesome that you wanna look hotter for your guy, but ultimately, if you wanna get healthier and in shape, it should be just for you, the rest is just a plus, he obviously likes you for who you are, and sometimes we are too harsh with ourselves when it comes to looks and forget that people around us (specially loved ones) are better to see our good qualities than ourselves.
Write down everything you eat and how much of it for an entire week.
What are in your veggie juices? Give us a list of ingredients to help us help you.
Never eat less than 1200 calories. This a mistake a lot of people make. Eating very few calories actually sends your body into starvation mode making it harder to lose weight.
I think you should do this if you really want to. It's obvious that your bf already finds you beautiful. If you think losing weight will give you an extra boost of self-confidence, then go for it.
I've lost 33 lbs by eating healthy and exercising and I have a blog about weight loss and general weight being. I might be able to help some more if you take a look at my blog:

Good luck x
Like the others I believe you are starving yourself and your body is in conservation mode. Eat a good breakfast and small healthy meals (snacks) during the day. Try to avoid big sitdown meals.
And throw the scale out the window! Eat right and exercise and don't worry about the weight. Over time you will see the transformation.
Also, I'd step up the cardio, from walking to running or (and I swear by this, works great for me) bicycling! You've got to really sweat vigorously to shed a lot of pounds.
Also, losing WEIGHT is not so much the issue as is losing FAT. You ARE losing fat when you exercise...and you're gaining muscle! Muscle weighs a lot! So, I agree with the others, don't sweat the number on the scale. Analyze how you FEEL, what your ENERGY LEVEL is, and examine those areas of the body where you're gaining muscle! I bet you'll find those areas of your body very sexy! If you want less fat and more muscle in other areas of your body, target those areas in some sort of weight-pushing/resistance-training exercises. If you can afford a gym membership and a persona fitness trainer, go that route. The trainer will tell you exactly what exercises you need to do to trim up the problem areas and burn off the fat.
Success, and have fun!
So basically you are taking out all the fiber when you make the juice, right? The "pulp"?
so you are concentrating the callories and natural sugars in the vegetables.
Fiber is a very important part of most of the healthy diets, it slows intake, reduces blood sugar swings (by slowing the intake) and makes you feel fuller longer. The health benefits of fiber and very well known and very well documented.
STOP JUICING and just eat the vegetables.
Also, make sure you are taking in the appropriate level of calories. many people think "less is better" ... but the reality is that once below a certain point it causes your body to go into "saving mode" where you actually put on weight and lose all your energy. At LEAST a 100 calorie breakfast and 100 calorie mini meal prior to any exercise is recammended. The increase in energy actually causes you to lose weight.
Our bodies often operate more on the subtleties of calculus instead of algebra.
BTW, can anyone tell me exactly how much and what types of food would constitute 1200 calories a day? Are we talking an apple for breakfast, a cucumber for lunch and a hard-boiled egg for dinner? I'm about to do a google search on the subject, and figured this would be a short-cut.

Don't know about you guys, but this looks pretty doable to me! I'm probably consuming at least 2000-2500 calories per day now and could cut down to 1200 calories without missing the excess. No more fried chicken for me, which is OK.
