I had it done years ago. Amount does decrease. every thing else is the same. Sensation all of that. Just no boys to cross over. Ha!!!!! Mine hurt like hell. Felt like a horse kicked me there. But I did go back to work after four days. Big mistake. As soon as I jumped up in the seat of my ambulance. I crunched them again. Got so big I could play tennis with em. Down for a week is what they recommend.

Oh the plus side is.. from a womans pov.. is that there is not funky musky sex smell after a few loads! =;P...

I used to be a vasectomy counselor and the only thing missing is sperm. The rest of the ejaculate does not come from the testicles, but from a gland higer up past the clips that they use for the vasectomy. (Where sperm is stored for a little while before being ejaculated) So, the "load" should still be the same, just missing the sperm.

You do have to use birth control for a little while, because you do have stored sperm that still needs to be released. If it isn't released, it will die off within 6-8 weeks. (Or approx 15 ejaculations)

Had great success with mine, rem is right only thing different is " no boys" to play. I had mine done on Friday morning, and was back to full duty on Monday morning.

I will say that the Vas Deferns they cut and clip, is connected to the back of your eyeballs LOL
