He was taking horny goat weed and something else (don't remember the name) but it didn't do anything.
His doctor gave him some samples of Levitra but he hasn't used any of them. At times his ED hits, it's not a problem for me or him. With our sex life, we can easily work around it with neither of us getting frustrated and no one being left unsatisfied.
I would hope to have the understanding SO, like leather, if the situation did occur. Being single, guess we will see if things pop up or not, then go from there
The only problem I had with my partner's ED was worried about the cause behind it. Most often, ED is a symptom of something else going on and is caused by a physical/medical condition, medications, hormone imbalace/Low T levels or psychological issues and it's important to find the cause especially if it's a medical condition. After a few times of it happening to him, he made an appt. with his doc, explained that he was having issues with ED sometimes but not all the time. He had a full check up, prostate exam, blood work, urinalysis, the doc asked him if there were any emotional problems, the whole nine yards. It was determined his ED was caused when he's really stressed out which causes his blood pressure to rise which in turn causes his ED.
When stbxh was in his mid 40s, he started with ED and went to the doc about it. His BP was at stroke and heart attack level and if it weren't for ED, he wouldn't have gone to the doc and would have never known his BP was that bad. High BP is often known as the silent killer because it doesn't always have any symptoms. Him having ED and not being embarrassed to talk to the doc about it could very well have saved his life. He was put on BP meds and once his BP was regulated he no longer had ED issues going on.
I'm rambling here but it's important for you guys to talk to your doctor and get checked out if you do start experiencing ED regularly. The occasional episodes happen and not something to be concerned about but if it happens often, don't hesitate to get it checked out to rule out a serious medical condition.
Women should do the same if they experience a difference in thier performance, their libido, their sexual response system, lack of lubrication, lack of orgasms, etc. Sexual dysfunction in women can be caused by the same things that can cause ED in men.
I'm done rambling now. ;o)
Then, a better question to ask is: Any herbal or natural way to lower cholesterol? Don't want to get on Lipitor or any other med. Doing garlic and ginger.
Yowzer!
..again and again.....and even again a few times!
I'm suprised more women don't suggest it to their SO's
