Seriously, I suck at dating. I absolutely hate it. Either I connect with someone but they don't connect with me, I am attracted to them and they aren't attracted to me, or they are attracted to me and I am not attracted to them, or they connect with me and I don't connect with them. I have always sucked when it came to dating and I have discovered that I absolutely loath it. A first date is like a job interview while getting a root canal.

Then I have discovered that the dating pool is about as deep as a puddle in the Sahara Desert where I live.

Damn being single.

LOL....I have a lot of friends that sail and I have organized a group of sailors in my area.....Only problem is that I am about 15 years younger than most of my friends!!

I looked at your profile...looks great! Maybe you're just in the wrong location or something. Although, I've found that once you hit 30, dating is much harder. Fewer fish in the pool and most of the water has gone stagnant.

I went on a date for the first with another woman in 15 years. I felt like I was in a race. The conversation was so much more open and sex was brough up almost immediately. I now know the meaning of hooking up. Dating has changed from when I last dated my ex.
