This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.

I also think that adding more foreplay directed towards me would help but I don't know how to broach that topic with her. Foreplay from her consists of her using her hand and/or going down on me to get me hard. By that time I have stimulated her quite a bit with my finger and she is ready for the action. We do kiss a lot and she is very passionate but I am wondering if it would help for her to tease me some before letting me penetrate her.
When I was younger this never use to be a problem. I had a lot of control over when I came, but I could cum really quickly if I wanted to (like quickies). I don't think that a quickie would be possible these days.
At one point I worried that my blood pressure and colestrol meds might be hurting things but I don't think so since I am getting it up quite a bit.
All in all, I just need to relax I guess. This weekend should be interesting because we are gong to a nice hotel room that has a hot tub in the room. I am going to put on some nice music, put some candles around the hot tub, dim the lights, and maybe share a glass of wine with her. That may helps set the scene.
I can honestly say that I love her very much. I know that sex improves over time between a couple too so I am thinking that this may just be a temporary mental problem. The other thing that may help is when her BC pills take effect and we no longer use condoms.
