I was reading some information on the internet and fetishes was one of the topics. This left me wondering because I don't believe that the definition of fetish is really that strong. Some people have preferences but are they fetishes? How do you define a fetish?

I wonder what percentage of the population really has a fetish?

I love psychological papers and reading up on them. This paper was speaking about but I wonder how they even get their figures for stuff.

Anyone have any thoughts on these questions that I answered?

I dated a guy with a foot fetish. I was very nice because my feet love attention. But where I had a difficult time dealing with it is that he preferred a FJ over a BJ. lol That is fine on an occassion but not every time.

I think everyone has a fetish of somesort. Not all fetishes are sexual in nature.
I've encountered some pretty odd one's in my day and I have also seen some pretty run of the mill ones as well.

My friend is into the "wet look". It's a harmless fetish. Guys, it's the basic wet t-shirt thing.

I had a friend who liked to be walked on with 4 inch stilletios. (OUCH) but he got the biggest kick out of it.

Personally, I like confining things. Be it a corset or liquid latex. There's just something rather liberating about the whole thing.
