Healthy Sex Support Group
This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.

I don't know your situation at all, but if you and hubby do get it on and concieve #3, yiu better get used to the exhaustion now - it's gonna be par for the course for a while yet.
PS. If you are exhausted now, how are you going to feel when you are growing a baby??
But when you say night what do you mean exactly? 7-8pm 10-11pm or 2-3am ?
I am asking cause I use to wake up late at night and wanting sex like crazy.
My wife was frustrated with that. She was telling me that I was rapping her which made me feel really bed.
But when the day is busy night time is the only option to have sex .
I really don’t like the word aroused you used.
Then another thing is how often this happened?
Cause if you have sex once a week or twice and you feel exhausted than this is a problem. You are his wife and he wants sex . Is normal. Like what he can do?
I agree that we like men should understand our wives but for how long and how many times? Forever and everything? This gonna be a problem in the future or even now.
As men I understand we need more sex than women maybe but always is solution if you want to. The thing is not to much or nothing or we gonna have sex when I want.
You might want once a month. Ehhhhh then will be a problem.
Talk with hubby and find a common solution for both.
I read your other post. That kind of anxiety is nothing to balk at... you need to find some kind help--whether mainstream therapy or alternate therapy or a journey of self-discovery.
It's also NOT a reason to beat yourself up. Your anxiety can get better, and when it does (if everything else in the relationship is good) your sex life can get better too. But you have to take care of YOU first. Feeling guilty is natural, but it will only add to your anxiety. In the mean time, you can try to do little things for him (all kinds of affection are good... even snuggles and non-sexual favors like gifts.) And BOTH of you have to make sure not to add to your guilt.
Imagine if you were in a cast with a broken leg and feeling guilty for not having sex! That is the physical equivalent of what you are going through.
Find some help, therapy, something that calls to you. Or just start by admitting that you are unhappy, that your anxiety is REAL, and that something has to change.
Sending you love and light! Feel free to friend or PM me if you want to talk more!
