Up to this point the worst I can remember was an occaisional cramp in my leg or thigh. But today tops them all. While enjoying the end of some " alone time , " I somehow managed to sustain a rather intense muscular reaction. Simply put a groin pull. I assure you I was not involved in anything overly vigorous. And after today I am hesitant to indulge in any activity that may bring on a repeat of this most painful experience.
So is anyone willing to share their painful experience ??? I would appreciate knowing that I am not alone in this.

I popped a hip joint out of its socket once, super painful, puttin it back was also painful, couldn't walk for a few days all because I was too impatient and didn't put a pillow under her butt, lesson learned.

There was a gal I was dating before I met my wife. We decided to have a "screw-fest" on the living room floor. It was carpeted. I had scabs on my knees...for weeks.

Hubby ties me up in part because I love it, but also because I sometimes get hurt when I'm able to move around too much - headboard concussions, fall-out-of-bed-and-twist-the-wrong-way sprains, and why-on-earth-would-you-bite-THAT chipped teeth, among others. Much safer to tie me up, or at least hold me down lol ^_^

I've had a concussion.... Twice! Both from hitting my head on the headboard while changing positions.

This one wasn't mine, but I was there.... the dog decided to "cold nose" my ex on the balls and he knocked himself out cold on the headboard.
