I'm not one of the ladies, and I don't know if it's "normal", but I would think, as long as you can keep your eyes and mind on the road and don't zone out for 10 seconds while you cum, a recipe for a collission, go for it!

OMG.. One time I was in love with this man to the point that for about 4 months I would have orgasms out of the blue and I didn't even have to do anytning but think about him.
It was fun but also extremely incovenient, especially while driving or at work. I could have 2-3 just while driving someoplace. This is the only time it ever happened to me in my life.
It was never unsafe enough for me to cause an accident. Mind over matter.
