This community is dedicated to an open discussion about healthy sex and sharing thoughts and feelings about sexuality and improving one's sex life. Most active adults desire to have an active and fulfilling sex life, both for themselves and also their partner. Here we discuss common sexual challenges faced by both men and women.

I had an email friend who is a male biologically. He wants to become a girl. I am NOT looking at this from any prejudice point of view. However the thought came to me that no matter how the outside looks, the dna would be the same.
The reason I came to this conclusion is a question I asked "Marilyn" in the newspaper. I had 17 bags of plasma when I was in the hospital. My personality changed and I became more outgoing. Now I do things I would never done before the transfusions. Anyway, I asked the question, does having someone elses blood or plasma change the dna. The answer was NO. I was told it could not be changed no matter what. I do disagree to a point. I have several peoples' essense in me other than my own.
What do you think?

Name something you’ve gotten better at as you’ve gotten older.

Scientifically speaking, you can not under any circumstances change you DNA... Also, blood/plasma transfusions can't change your DNA, or your personality, or as you put it, your essence...
I could probably write a dissertation on this topic but I've learned to keep silent and plead the 5th!
