1. Try not to make him feel bad about it. I've dated a few olfactophiles and they've had some serious complexes about it. It's not that odd of a kink, he's just turned on by smells.
2. If it makes you really uncomfortable, just talk to him about it. Again, in a way that doesn't shame him. Make it about you, saying that it's fine that he's turned on by that, but it doesn't do anything for you.
3. If it doesn't bother you, let him keep doing it.
I'm not personally turned on by a guy smelling me, but I'm also not turned off by it. So the guys I've been with who were olfactophiles, I just obliged them.
Keep in mind that this is a very mild kink, and that if you throw him a bone so to speak, he might be willing to also be good, giving, and game for something you want to try.
