You're going through a rough cycle of grief sister. Be gentle with yourself. Instead of trying to understand the psychological workings of another human beings mind, ...try to look within at your own self to see what it was You were supposed to learn from this.
I hate to see this guy fall again (since i was there to catch him and pick up the pieces last time) but if its in the master plan for his life, then it will have to happen. I cant be there for him now. Maybe in time, who knows.
I can't understand the part about you being "friends" with his ex. What is up with that?
Why would you want to get involved with this guy in the first place? He sounds like bad news to me.
I wouldn't be so quick to place all the blame on his ex... you know most of her faults because he has told them to you. Do you think he is really being honest about it?
He Is no doubt sweet talking both of you, telling each of you what you want to hear.
I would let her have him. I wouldn't give him any more blow jobs either.
I just caught on to that by reading the other responses.
I know it won't be easy but just let him go.
Focus on you. Stay busy with you. Stop wasting energy on someone that is not worth it and put your energy into someone who is worth it - you.

It doesnt matter WHY.
What matters now is that YOU no longer have to be sucked in to his dramatic disaster of a "life".
people many have the ability to forgive past mistakes when their heart is in control. Love often eliminates rational thinking....And he is aware of who she is, and he still wants her!
