Wish I could add my husband but I can't see that happening!
I have a few close friends, a husband in training , a sister, 2 children, their father ( my ex husband) . I cant put them on a priority list because i dont have much of a family so all these people are my family.
My son, my parents, my sister and brother, my nephew - these are my number ones.
My grandpa - he passed away almost 14 years ago,and I reflect, think about him, often. He is a missing piece that I feel, every day.
I am a part of the whole, not the center.
Why: The quality of any relationship I currently have or might have, romantic or otherwise, can never exceed the quality of my relationship with myself.
It's like looking into a mirror. We see a part of us reflected back in everyone we know and meet. Namaste in the spiritual sense.
And with God. I find God in nature.
That being my Mom, then my son & my friends & significant other. As soon as I find those friends & SO....:-) Don't have those yet :D When I find them, they'll be on my list of importance :-)
Lately I realize how important it is to have a good relationship with myself and not forget that I am human being like everyone else.
BUT...I know all those important people, like my parents, are a part of me and who I am. I wouldn't be able to have such a good relationship with myself had I not been instilled with their love, strength, character, and guidance.
