Yes, you have to work at relationships but not to the point of exhaustion I don't think. I don't expect to be happy all the time but you should be comfortable at least and you aren't.
The question is, do you want to let it get that far?
So, you care this little about how i feel in this relationship, that you are going to say " no"... Idk what else is left but to skip..
We try and walk away a quickly cave because in truth we aren't ready ourselves. We will feel the loss also.
You have to decide if you can accept the difference and move on that way or if you want to seek out a more fulfilling love or happiness.
If you decide the latter you will need to steady yourself and prepare to dig your heals in to do it. Break ups are often ugly, sad, emotional and painful. But it is a short term effect for a long term change.
You did say you love her though, so decide whether that is enough.
Well, I love cookies. But sugar and gluten are not good for me. I could torture myself and indulge only to feel like shit after and repeat a vicious cycle. Or, I could recognize within myself that it may not be the best choice and choose not to live with the consequences of the aftermath.
An update tho, lately she's been busy with work and I don't know is it because earlier she was very idle in her job and her mind started wander to strange places. But now things are calmer with her and sweeter when she is preoccupied with work.
Sounds like both of you might just be in love with the idea of being in love.
