No much since me and the kids finished school a week ago.

Except, we did recently decide to foster three baby (domestic) ducklings until they go to their forever home (in another month or two), and they are super messy! A bit like taking care of a newborn again, minus the night wakings (they poop/ pee/ eat constantly).They are super cute, Their names Mouse (girl), Fluffy (girl) and Steve (boy-lol-Minecraft). One duckling for each of my kids!

I've never been able to afford any hobbies, so I draw a blank here. I don't want knick-knacks laying around the house either so crafty stuff doesn't feel very appealing to me unless it is something I could sell at a profit. I do like to garden, but my skill and patience is pretty low along with space issues. I'd like to learn more about what I am doing at work for additional job security. Learning about culture by traveling but that isn't likely to happen.

I'd like to learn how to go out on my own without feeling so awkward. Like to the movies, hiking etc.

Last day of school for me today, and my son's last day is tomorrow.

I'm looking forward to not learning a damn thing and just being.

I'm unlearning and learning at the same time.

I've been researching a new modality to add to my private practice and finally found a local teacher. I'm excited about that....growth.

Well...I've decided to try and get my shit together. I've tossed out garbage bags of "stuff"...donated 3 more. I was thinking yard sale but I really just want it GONE.

I got my Crane Operators Certificate yesterday. Next step is my Class A licence.

I just placed and passed my securities, municipal funds exams-series 6, 63, 26, and 51 (designated supervisory principal) and my brain is exhausted...so I have to take a break...my skull is on sabbatical but my workouts are top priority now...

I found out recently that I have a cyst on my brain that requires surgery....I'll be fine....but I'm learning who I can rely on....and who I can't. I'm learning about boundaries....resilience....compassion....human care....it's an interesting opportunity.....learning a lot about me too....

I m sure you are scared to death..the good part is - many head surgeries are painless - most of the craniotomy patients i worked with do fine with just tylenol for a couple of weeks after discharge and there are no neurological changes expected. You will probably go home just after two-three days. Hugs!!!!!

I guess there is another kind and the percentage of resp infections with that is very rare!
