If this is to continue I'd let him know that's it's over if it were me..... Again you don't deserve emotional/mental abuse....
We often tell people how to treat us key..... I believe we all deserve to be treated with respect
If he's stuck in a loop then that's on him
Obviously he hasn't forgiven you.
It sounds like he was very hurt and wants to forgive but he's still trying to wrap his head around things, which is why he keeps bringing the same things up.
If you love him and want to work it out, be patient with him and answer his questions as honestly as you can without getting angry.
Eventually he will forgive you, will stop questioning you and everything will go back to normal. The more patient you are with him, the faster that will happen.
If it's not worth it to you to do that, then you should both move on.
