here it goes.
theres a guy ,realy nice.know him casualy over many years, and recently we were in the same bar in my village and we were realy flirting ...and i asked him some simple questions . such as would he be around in the winter as it be nice to hookup for a drink..(i live in seasonal hol resort)GR..and he offered me his number, but without thinking i said ..i can't at the moment as i need to fix my phone...said next time. he replied ...ah its ok ...casualy.
since this event , i have seen him casualy out and about, and we merely said ''hi''.....
i think he thinks that i've blown him out and away....NO!!!!
the question is without acting like an infant ....DO I JUST WRITE MY NUMBER DOWN AND HOPE NEXT TIME I SEE HIM, GIVE IT TO HIM AND APOLOGISE FOR THE DELAY???
or do i just let it go?

I just offer a potential partner my card and ask if they would like to exchnge numbers, or just give them a card and ask them to give me a call if they wish.
Sometimes I have written on the back, ticket for a free lunch...redeem by calling...or something like that. It works often enough for me to keep doing it. LOL
perhaps i should just hope to bump into him soon, and grow my gutts...give him the bloody number.....
It is like looking for a new job. It is to me a numbers game. I have certain criteria I use, and expect to get a couple of thousand 'nos' before I get the yes I want.

yep, i will not sell myself to short, i have been thinking about the situation alot and have drawn up the conclusion of......if he realy wants to see me he will show up and yes i will take it as it comes......i am not the type of gal that will do all the running.. been there done that never again.
