Healthy Relationships Support Group
No relationship is perfect. A long-term relationship requires constant effort to understand each other, fix misunderstandings, solve problems and continue to grow as both individuals change and evolve. How we deal with our misunderstandings is the focus of this community. Join us to find support, get advice, and share your experience with your relationship.

I must give credit where credit is due. Gutted had a great idea to share our resolutions.
I believe there is always something we can do (or try to do) to improve ourselves and our relationships. I have come to see that all I have experienced has brought me to this point and those who have touched my life have each served as a stepping stone...leading me further on my path toward the happier, healthier life i crave so (That I used to believe I would never have)
Since all of you who know me know i am way too chatty .....I thought.... I WILL LIST JUST ONE RESOLUTION FOR NOW. This way i will not monopolize the post or conversation.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD ANOTHER SO OUR LIST AND SUGGESTIONS MAY GROW.....
May our strength and determination grow to achieve all we set our minds to. :)

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

My #1 resolution is join the YMCA so I can lose some weight. I've tried to here at home but even with the exercise equipment (which makes a great clothes/blanket and whatever else holder lol) it's collecting dust; so maybe being around other people will make me stick to it! And meet some people whose favorite show isn't Paw Patrol and favorite food are Goldfish crackers or graham crackers :P Hehe I actually love those too :D
I also have to reinvent myself again with my cookie business. I let myself down by trusting a "best" friend who told me she was there for me and would help me get my business some clients or at least get the word out through her cake business, but nope she told me no. Well it was "I haven't came up with anything because I'm too busy with holiday orders." I should've known better because she was supposed to come over so many times so we could do lunch but it was always one excuse after another.
I also started writing a book (ha imagine that, I love writing) about my journey from womb to now way back in February/March but I stopped. I'm doing it to at least show one person or however many that no matter how many lemons get thrown in your pitcher you can still make lemonade!
@gutted....I used to be more organized when I was on my own. Between hubby and the dog....I will never have a clean house or be organized. Because of getting things sorted now, I do have the perfect opportunity to get a jump on it . My sister and I have a standing joke...we tell people we are going to be organized when we grow up. (I am well past 50...she is almost 70...... Do you think we'll make it? haha)
@gregsbaby.... My stationary bike doubles as a blanket throw. lol (I was doing well, but since I sunk so deep in my funk it hasn't been a priority. I notice the difference. I do feel better ...both physically and mentally (that sense of accomplishment and empowerment gutted is talking about.).... when I keep moving. I am looking forward to joining a gym (we have no YMCA around here that i know of so I am limited) once I am sure exactly where I am going to be.
