i've always been accused of jumping into conclusions, but let me do it one more time! koolman, from the way you describe your laws of ttraction in your journals, the women you focus on, the men you compete with, the comments you leave in other support groups, the relationships you are in... it seems that you crave very young very attractive girls, much younger than yourself, and you are very much focused on the physical STUFF. if you keep going that way, you can't expect anything but frustration. if you widen your horizon and take a fresh look at people and females, you might find love.

You have to understand, this is the environment I'm living in (South Florida). The career that I'm in (video production & editing) is free-lance and the income is very shaky. Trying to fall in with a team of people (men AND women) and a business I really enjoy and that IS stable. Stable CAREER will stabilize my mentality toward all aspects of life, including relationships. I'm open to suggestions on alternate career moves lol. I carry a B.A. in Communications and love to write. Nobody's getting back to me on Monster, Careerbuilder or any of the sites. I realize this is not a job board but a relationship board, BUT...career settled = relationship settled in my opinion.

I'm all for being with a lady my own age whom we have something we both find interesting and meaningful to talk about. It'd be nice to care about a woman who cares about something more than herself.

In my Human Sexuality Textbook it states that men typically prefer women younger than themselves and vicey vercy. I married a man 8 years older than me. Now (post divorce) I am looking for someone my own age.

So Koolman, what would it take for you to feel loved by a woman? I would like to express that to the man I am dating. Any tips would be appreciated.

Koolman, I'm with Misred -- I also want to know how to make a man feel loved so I can express that to the man I am dating. #1. Ladies, for me, it's about physical touch and warmth...a feeling that you NEED me, physically.

#2. Good cook? Nice bonus (OK cook myself, and I'll be happy to help out in the kitchen too, can slice veggies with the best of 'em).

#3. Feeling of teamwork, like we're working together to realize our dreams, not just riding each other for awhile until we find a better deal. I'm there, so many others are not.
