Personally, I'd delay planning of the wedding until you at least find work. How the hell are you going to pay for a wedding if you've got no income? Much less provide a stable, comfortable home for your wife-to-be and kids? Too much stress.

I don't know the extravagance of this wedding you're planning, but maybe just plan a small, intimate, shotgun gathering in a park, with just you, your fiance, the officiant and a few family members. Or walk with your fiance over to the courthouse and have a justice of the peace say a few words and draw up the paperwork for you two to sign. Probably get the whole thing done for under $500, and you two will be just as married. Then, once you're working, you can save for a down-payment on a house.

And, once you get some overtime or bonuses from your job, then maybe plan a big get-together in a banquet hall, to do the whole shooting match, the whole dog-and-pony show, if that's what you both want. My $.02.

Start with finding a job. That is critical. Money stresses can tear a relationship apart. Since you're working on a wedding, you're going to need that money. But, be organized about it. Work eight hours a day (9 to 5) to find a new job .. just like a real job. But, at the end of those eight hours, put the job hunting away and spend time with your fiance and plan your wedding.
