So, it is nice, but a call would have been a bit nicer. I know if the shoe was on the other foot, I would call ASAP, to alieve any feelings she might be having. I am sure it has to do with a past breakup, in which she initiated. So here we have Valentine Day coming, and it's just my nature to make everything good.

Words in a text can so easily be misunderstood and completely taken out of context as well. Personally I like to make eye contact see gestures on how a person reacts to my questions it gives me a much better idea in finding the answers I am seeking.
I know most people use texting as a majority of their communication but for me I still and always will confront a person face to face when it comes to business or personal issues. I may not always like the results but facts and truth are what make it possible for me to make good decisions on what my next steps should be now and in the future.
