The hard truth of this is you guys don't really know each other. This is the first bloom of being wanted by someone else. But he doesn't know you in person and you don't know him in person. Big difference. Just enjoy contact with the human being and the friendship it offers you for now. You are isolated and alone where you live with your family and this can lead you to trust a stranger who is selling you a fake chance at a new life where you will be loved.

Let me give you some real advice and please listen. The new way of doing human trafficking is finding young people, age 12-16 online in gaming. They befriend this person and tell them how awful their family is and get them to run away to be with the online persona. Boys and girls get caught and then human trafficked. Only this is a trap and not real. The young person is raped and held captive to be a sexual slave or human trafficked to work for free or be a slave in a house. It is happening all over the USA. I saw a report on TV about this and I live in a huge city and we have a lot of young women running away or disappearing with an older dude that they met gaming online.

This is not fake and I want you to grow up and have a good life. Please do not exchange your bad current life for an even worse life with a promise from someone online. Be careful. You matter.

AnxietyLife09, it is so normal to want to be wanted by another human being. Especially if our parents are mean spirited or abusive like you say yours are. We feel like we are not important to the people who are mean, critical, abusive to us so we often look for someone, a man, a woman, who's says we are important to them. We often think the opposite of our parents is "love" but we may fall into similar dysfunction if we just want someone to want us. You will grow older and be able to be on your own. Work hard on your schoolwork online. Learn learn learn. Read library books if you are allowed to go to the public library. Most libraries have e-books now which you can sign up for online. Your parents have to sign you up for a library card though since you are a minor. Prepare yourself to be an adult and on your own at age 18. There are several books about people who had to do this. One is called Educated and another I just read is called Forager. If you are allowed to babysit or pet sit to earn a little money, try to do that. Stay on here and let us know how you are.
