im kind of a nympho and my bf new that from the start . im finding it hard when he says hes not in the mood to not be upset, not upset with him but it makes bad thoughts run through my head like why doesnt he want me.
i know he loves me but i dont know to let it not efect me the way it does

is there others whom feel the same way

From my view, this is an opportunity to work on yourself. It sounds like you are taking his rejection personally. The more confidence you have in his love, and the flow of life (some ups/some downs) this rejection may make you less emotional.

Try to rationalize. Exchange places with him in your head. Why would you turn him down? Maybe because you're tired or sick or just plain not in the mood, right? Nothing judgmental in that.

BTW, you are not a nympho just because you want sex more than your boyfriend. It is normal to not be in synch sexually every so often.
