What's been going down with me?
Quit smoking. I think... Did well on Chantix for almost 2 months, then had a slight relapse. Did good for another month and had a shorter relapse. Now I've been god for a couple of weeks and have about 2 weeks of Chantix left. I can do it!
Did a lot of interior cleanup at my house in the Adirondacks. After my sister passed away in 2012 and then her fianc in 2013 it was a mess inside. They were basically holed-up in there in an alcoholic delirium for 7 years. Cleaned all the clothes, junk and garbage out in 2014 and scrubbed/sanitized the place this summer. I'm starting painting this weekend.

Got me a used bass boat! An '87 Ranger 360V!! Had it out locally and in the Adirondacks 6 or 7 times thus far. Caught some nice fish too! :-)

Got me a puppy! I had to put my sweetie Dakota down in March of last year. He'll be 5 months old day after Labor Day!

Doing some aerobics & resistance training on and off as well as meditation. Also some hiking meetups.
Anyway I've been lurking a bot the past couple of weeks and decided to say Hi! :-)

After taking it apart and giving it a thorough cleaning (it needed it!), I've been getting back into some astronomy. Looked at Saturn and Andromeda last night and UPS just dropped off two new eyepieces and a 2x barlow today. Bringing it up to the Adirondacks this weekend where there's little light pollution and the Milky Way paints a bright swath across the night sky!

I am sorry to hear about your dog having to be put down.
