You just want to wake up and not worry about money, you'll be alright!
During one of my daughter's naps I sat down with a piece of paper and wrote it all down. My fears, hopes, dreams etc etc. It was a loooooooong list, but you know what? It felt good to write it all down and next thing I knew I was working again in a job with an even better salary than before. I also read "The Secret" and even though I'm usually very down to earth, I decided to give it a go. Believe in it, believe in it, believe in it....
I don't know if this will work for you, perhaps you don't even need it. There are still a few things I would like to change in my life: bigger house, better health ah you know what I mean, but at the end of the day I'm not doing so bad :)
How have you tackled this all?
But, after several job interviews and applications that led nowhere, I began talking to people (The Secret-!) about what I was looking to do, work part-time to keep the free-lance status alive, and happened to meet a really aggressive marketing guy who is trying to get his wedding business started, while we were standing in line together in the post office! So, while I was really wanting to do something completely different than the wedding biz, I thought, y'know what? The wedding biz has been good to me...let's dig in deeper, help this guy with his marketing, and make a bigger go of it!
We've had our growing pains and it's been stressful, both on a personal and professional level, but we're generally on the same page, have found a groove here, are working together harmoniously and the biz is beginning to roll-! So now's the time to swallow whatever pride I had, dig in, work hard and be grateful.
Thanks!
