I am doing very well.  Keeping No contact with ass clown.


Going to my meetings, exercising, working...etc.....


I am on a dating site now called Bumble and have messaged with a couple of guys but no dates so far.  haha!


I'm just relaxing and having some fun right now.  I like things Stress-Free!

Yes Bumble is a new dating app, you see short profiles and pics and you sweep right if you are interested and left if you are not. But only the women can contact the men first. Men cannot contact women first.

When beautiful women don't get asked for dates, it is usually because the men are afraid of rejection. They think it's pointless because she would already be taken. They think she will be snotty to them because she's beautiful. Like the song, "Look at that girl with the light comin' up in her eyes. She must be somebody's baby! Yeah, she's got to be somebody's baby!" I have a female friend from back in Philadelphia who never married and seldom dated. She is beautiful, inside and out. But she doesn't trust men, especially sexually. She says, "You never know where it's been." I agree that "it" can be harboring all kinds of diseases and even if condoms are used, the emotional impact of men's promiscuity is enough to ruin the experience for this friend of mine (and sometimes for me).

OTM, good for you for maintaining no contact! I have found that men don't like to feel intimidated by women. It is only a very strong man that can handle a strong women. Weaker men will try to control us and we just aren't having that. My point is that you are a strong woman, beautiful and I'm sure are intimidating, which is definitely not a bad thing. :) Hang in there and don't settle for anything less that a strong man who is sure in himself and who can appreciate all that you bring to the table.
