So my situation is a LITTLE different then most, my husband and i divorced in 2009.... Got back together in 2010. Boy has it been a ROUGH road to recovery, Really glad I got him right now though. To say the least, God has definately been testing our strength and faith every since we got back together. Through all the stages, from the pinned up resentments to the unfaithful get even stage. In between God threw us a couple of life hurdles, home invassion and congenital heart disease. Which leads us to our current stage, where we have both come to realization that this is the relationship worth having and both have decided we are gonna do whatever it takes to make it this time. I'd like to say here that things are gravey, baby.... However, life doesnt work that way. We still have our ups and downs, we still have trust issues, we still fight, but never in my life have i met a man so willing to go through hell (for seven years straight) and he still telling me he's exactly where he wants to be! He's with who he wants to be with, for the rest of his life.
So for all you out there, trying to make sense of your relationship.... STOP! Relationships are the most complicated experiences in life. Your never gonna fully figure them out, your not gonna learn some deep secret on how to restore joy in a day. Whatever it is that your currently going through with your significant other, always remember your union was first astablished in Gods eyes... It's perfect, just the way it is... He's just trying to teach you a lesson right now, both of you. You have a chance in life to grow in a way you always told yourself you'd never be.... Submission and obiedence isn't ALL bad, well not all the time ;) So go ahead ladies, remind your husband how strong you really are!

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

Good grief, I haven't even asked for that from my kids since they were ....7? 8?
Love is a dance you learn as you go. Sometimes you lead and sometimes you follow.

Love is a verb. It’s something you do. It’s a choice. Sometimes you have to will it.
I really hope by obedience and submission, you mean compromise and negotiation, by BOTH people in the relationship.
