Are you a member of this group here: physical and emotional abuse?
I agree you should contact your local domestic violence hotline. He is abusing you emotionally and mentally and that is Domestic violence. Id suggest you get a restraining order once he is out and continues to stalk you. Your local dv advocates should be able to help you get new furniture. Keep a record of all the times./ dates you have had to call police to get him out and what the cops told you , if u go for a restraining order you will need that info.
As far as getting him out, the laws vary state to state. Here in AZ even if he is not on my lease the fact that he used this as his residence gives him rights .. probably the same in your town. What you can do is do some reading on google, and then call your local court house and ask them what papers you need to file for self service eviction. he probably has 30 days by law to vacate the property. but im not positive. ,my son and his roomate had to kick out another room mate and they had it done through the court in 3 days. call the court and ask them, theyll tell you how and what u need to do to file.
good luck :)
