Thank you all so incredibly much. Your kind words reached out to me when I was feeling especially hopeless and low. Please know that you have made a difference and that I also champion each of you in your ups and downs.
Gardener, your advice and the personal side that you shared gave me such strength. Thank you so much.
I don't know the details of the divorce, but are you still sleeping in the same bed? Are you both moving out?
Thank you for your kind understanding. It means a lot at a time like this to know many others have felt this way, though I am also sorry you've had to experience this kind of hardship. My heart goes out to you.
Regarding your questions, I have been reaching out to friends and family quite a lot as a lifeline and it is getting me through the days a bit easier. We share a room/bed, yes, which hasn't been easy. Slowly but surely we are nearing the final stages of this time together and I am thankful.
My very best wishes to you and again, thank you very much for taking some time to help.
I did recall now, my ex used to sleep on the sofa some nights. Not sure if that is an option for either of you, but it may help.
You also seem positive on your final stages, and maybe that is what you need to ride? My situation there wasn't a final stage for a long time. It hit last minute when he didn't pay rent and we got evicted. I think had I known that I would have slept better LOL. (I was unemployed at the time)
Your situation is almost too much to bear. I am so thankful that is behind you; he should not have treated you that way - nobody should!
When is the big day?
