Greif of loosing a 15 year relationship

It was a 15 year friendship, a 6 month love affair, and then it crumbled to nothing. I guess this is why it has been so hard for me. I loved and trusted her for so long. There was a 10 year gap where we didn't speak to each other but even then she was in my thoughts. I loved her dearly, almost like family. When she came back in my life my wife had just passed and she was still married. She was there for me. She was a true friend when I needed it most. When she decided to divorce her husband I was there for her when she needed me. She asked me to stay with her for the night. She said she wanted me beside her because she missed having someone sleep with her. I agreed. She woke me up in the middle of the night and we made love or at least I did. She told me that she wanted to be with me. She said she loved me. I went along with it. She did things for me no other woman has ever done. She made me feel like I was appreciated. Then all of a sudden these unending messages from guys asking for sex. She always said that she was with me but she never blocked anyone and the messages kept coming. I found that to be insulting to me, asking her why she still talks to them if they don't respect boundaries that you set up. That's how the arguments started. Then she wanted me to move in with her and I couldn't because of me having to take care of my father and aunt.
Shortly after that we got in frequent arguments over these things and she quit coming to my house. She used her child as an excuse but I knew that wasn't it because the kid always slept with us. I even have a spare room but her daughter always ended up in bed with us no matter where we were.
I had a great relationship with her daughter. I loved her very much.
Then out of the blue a guy stayed the night at her house. She called me the next morning and told me what was going on. I asked her why didn't she inform me of this and talk about it with me. She explained that he was thrown out of his exes house and had no where to go and she didn't think she needed to tell me about it because it was none of my business and he could stay as long as he wants. I was outraged after that and we got into a huge fight. I went on a texting rant for a few hours saying things that I probably shouldn't. This is when I should have left this is when I had my nervous breakdown. We actually continued dating a month after that. She then started openly comparing me to him which made me feel completely worthless. After that we finally broke up. An occasional mutual hateful text bounced back and forth for a month after that until I started listening to my therapist. She asked to see my phone and she said she wanted me to block her. I did and I haven't heard a word out of her since.
I was so distraught by this woman the therapist thought I was bipolar for the longest time. She has now identified my illness as having extreme anxiety and depression. I was on meds for a bit but have winged my self off them with my counselors permission. I'm a lot better than I was but that's after I went on a total sex fest with multiple women and now I'm worried about having some STD.
I guess I just want some advice on how to forgive and forgot even though she's still running her mouth about me. Knowing that she hates me despite the fact that she is the 1 that threw me under the bus.
I literally want to forgive and forgot her existence. I'm just dropping everyone who brings her up. I'm not going to compete for our friends. If they can't drop the subject of our breakup and relaying shit to me they don't need to be in my life.

To be so loving and then so hateful is something I don't understand.
