May we all find someone to simply reach out or share. I was feeling incredibly alone and (I am ashamed to say) sorry or myself. But I would get texts and warm Christmas wishes from friends... one in England, another in Canada... then did call my sister and my nephew's family to speak with everyone.
Our Christmas has been "postponed" since my nephew (who is 39) has tested positive for covid. He has no symptoms of it. Just like I was fighting a nasty sinus infection, he wasas well. He went back to the dr to get another round of antibiotics. That is when they suggested the test. I am praying he continues with no symptoms.
What I have come away with is that just a simple text or hello can help to brighten our day. My hope is that someone may for all of you. And may it help tpo know that I do wish you all a good day.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

Christmas morning she found him dead on the bathroom floor. He was not even sick but they think he had a heart attack.
This definitely put things in perspective and YES. This truly has been a year from hell.
Others would have water flooding their basements (we had torrential downpours on the 24th) and trying to pump em out Christmas we had frigid temps so they froze their driveways and vehicles fast.
Seems like a Murphy's law year.
We all just need to hang tight to our faith and reach out to each other.
