My boyfriend of 5 years is SUCH A FLIRT! I'm dealing with it much better than I ever have since he always proves his love 4 me but he will flirt very intensely right in front of me and then gets defensive if I bring it up. Like yesterday we were out having a drink, and the bartender flirts right back even in front of me. She will go out and smoke only when he does and vice-versa. Yesterday was really bad cuz a friend even noticed! This bartender and my boyfriend are really starting to make me angry, it's almost like they don't care and the more antsy I get the more they do it. What made me mad was she was cleaning the bar top and he kept pointing out places she "missed, and she rolled up the towel and told him to bend over, and he just about did until I gave him "the look" it's becoming more intense like I said and they are getting closer to them both knowing that they would totally do " eachother if I wasn't in the picture. Everyone knows he's a flirt but they all say and (he does too) that he'd never actually cheat. The flirting still hurts tho!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I have someone close to me who has finally broken up with (he broke up) a guy who screwed around on her every chance that he got and he would always flirt with others outrageously in front of her as well
It was really disrespectful.....
I'm not sure where your boyfriend would be.... What do you think??..... xo
I’m more of a flirt than my husband but I don’t really know I’m doing it. I call it chatting and being playful. It’s never sexual flirting, ever. It’s more banter and just a lot of eye contact and if I’m honest, body language. But I do it with everyone, men, women, old people, young people. My husband and I were on this micro brewery tour once and this old couple were in line with us. I love old people. The husband was chatty and interesting and I just took to him. At the end of the tour, the wife, all 150 years of her, pulled my husband aside and told him to get me under control, haha!
If I meet someone fascinating, all I want to do is engage them and my husband one time made an issue of it, said it bothered him because I’ll completely shut him out of the conversation. That killed me. I had no idea I was doing that. I’ve not done it since. You may need to have the conversation with him when you are both in a good place, when you aren’t emotional about it. I agree with you it seems rather over the top. If it’s usually when alcohol is involved, that’s a tough one because that just makes everyone that much more uninhibited.
I would pull them aside.. both of them! Tell them if they want to date then date already! Because occasionally flirting is one thing.. but constantly doing this and ignoring your feelings is another!
