Hello everyone, I think anybody whose been following my previous post would know what's this all about. I am not sure where to begin in this mess.
Well we fought again, over some slight misunderstandings. I get the feeling she does not understand my lingo at all. I am frustrated with feelings of misunderstandings all the time. We nearly broke up again over a small matter. I made her promise me that no matter what disagreements we have we should never ever bring the relationship into it as a hostage.
Sometimes I feel as though she manifests negative thoughts about me so certain things can be trigger points. We were ok on Saturday after having a heart to heart talk but after that her mood swings and now she is distant again. I don't know how to deal with her mood fluctuations.
Ok now for the MAIN EVENT, recently she helped me score a real big career move in her company. We're talking like a 50 percent pay bump which would be super helpful given that I live in a rather expensive country. I am feeling rather mixed about this, because it feels like our relationship is heading for the crash but this is really a good job and I could use the extra cash. I know I have to be strong but I feel so stress about this. I mean I have to see her everyday at work...

Sounds like a lot of drama.
All i know is that i personally could not handle this kind of dynamic.
I have half a mind to end this relationship as its toxic. I mean I think she wants to go as well since she is being so distant towards me. Her sudden change in attitude towards me is very apparent.
Though, I have worked with exes in the past (many years ago), and saw each other every day, but we met at work (before starting dating), both of us established at the company (prior to dating), which is different. It worked ok, but not something I'd seek out.
As for you relationship, too complicated for my taste, for being this early in the relationship. You're in the honeymoon phase, and things should be light and fun? But everyone is different (what they like, don't like).
