The first few weeks or even months of a breakup will always be tough, especially given the time that the two of you has spent together. I feel like that time frame is also an acceptable time to wallow in grief and sadness. However, you need to move on at some point. When that time does come, you need to weigh the pros and the cons. What are the aspects of the relationship that you considered unhealthy? Ponder upon those aspects instead of your good memories.
