I think someone who is an E in the Myers-Briggs sense often has a difficult time understanding the need for alone time of the I type. I don't want to be around people 24/7, and if not given some time to myself I'll start doing things to give me that time. Like leaving something at work, and having to drive 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes back, when what I really wanted was alone time.
Now that I realize it, I can definitely say I'm drawn to other I types, as there is no need to explain or justify alone time for me or her.
Given that scenario, I guess we have to trust each other, since we're not around each other all the time, or are in an "open" relationship, right?
