Anyone going through emotional and physical abuse

Hello I found this group in hopes of maybe finding strength to leave or do something. Everyday is a constant struggle for me I’m treated like trash by my boyfriend he yells he puts me down and recently it has gotten physical somewhat the other day I tried to walk away from an argument and when I was getting up from the couch he jumped up and kicked me in the stomach. It made me feel like dirt tonight he only shoved me trying to push me out of bed but I was able to not fall out which is not much but it still hurt my feelings. I’m thousands of miles away from my family and the friends I had he didn’t like so it’s just me anyway if anyone wants to talk I’m here.

time to leave, do it now. take a bus or a train, go back home,. tell your family maybe they can help get you home but under any conditions you must leave and now. asshole boyfriends are not your friends, they are just BOYS, and never worth the time or effort . they have serious mental problems that only get worse.

I have never raised my voice to a woman. Anger is an emotion which needs to be handled with understanding and care. BY HIM. This is a major issue that he doesn’t have the tools to manage. Leave and don’t look back.

Get away!

As other have noted, there are resources and support networks to help you transition to a life where you can be safe and take care of yourself.

Either return to where your family is or just get yourself somewhere where you can catch your breath and think about the next chapter of your biography. Emotional abuse, and especially physical abuse, are traumas that you will need some assistance to process and heal from.

have to love yourself enough to go just get up, get your stuff, so you can

I know it's hard to leave. I have been pushed and punched, called a bitch. But he's also called me beautiful, and caring, and hugged me tight and rocked me to sleep, so I know how it can be hard.... Yes you should leave.... No it won't be easy. You need to see counselling. You need to tell someone, anyone. Good job starting on here, you have started to awaken to the truth of what you have to do.

Try and act indifferent toward him... Try not to care. Try to be boring so he loses interest in you. And above all.... Know you are NOT alone

    Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
